The former Grange functioned as a community center for many years, and is ideal for classes, meetings, parties, craft fairs, theater, small concerts and other events.
The downstairs hall is adjacent to the kitchen and has a capacity of 70 people. The kitchen is large and suitable for use by a caterer. It contains two refrigerators, a microwave oven, a gas oven and a large sink. There is also a small room (about 10’ x 12’) off the foyer that is available with the downstairs hall.

The upstairs hall has a maximum capacity of 160 people and includes a curtained stage.
North Gate is air-conditioned. The building has 11 2.5′ x 6’ tables, 2 3′ x 10′ tables, ample chairs and two podiums. There is a piano and a white board upstairs. Audio-visual equipment onsite includes an LCD projector and screens.
The building is not available on Thursday evenings or on Sunday mornings until 1:00 p.m. Discounts are available for regular rentals over a period of weeks or other multiple rentals.
